Show Me the Money! Identifying Performance Drivers to Increase Program ROI

Would you like to understand how identifying performance drivers can help you increase the ROI of your initiatives? Performance drivers include both initiative actions that drove success, as well as what site-level environments reacted best to the initiative. By finding actions that drove profit, we can avoid low ROI actions in program rollout. By finding responsive site characteristics, we can prioritize rolling out those sites that will provide greater returns. This session will review examples of common characteristics that help to differentiate performance, dive into the math and best practices for segmentation and modeling in Test & Learn® for Sites, and cover modeling techniques for dealing with particularly complex analyses.
