A regional bank was looking for program management experts to support the development, prioritization and fast -track execution of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product. The bank leveraged Mastercard's SBOS for on -site consumer banking product managers and program managers to assist with the execution and delivery of their critical strategic portfolio initiative.
