An apparel retailer’s email marketing program offered new members a generous signup offer and points system, but it lacked a way for customers to see their awards and engage with the program. The retailer used SessionM to connect all sales channels and give customers visibility into their reward progression. SessionM gave the marketing team a self-service tool that could execute category promotions and advanced campaign segmentation. SessionM also enabled non-transactional participation, allowing members to earn rewards from engaging with the brand beyond purchases.
