A fast casual restaurant's new and expanded loyalty program boosts incremental sales

The restaurant was growing quickly but did not yet have a loyalty program. The restaurant first used SessionM to launch a simple loyalty program with points-based offers that guests could redeem for select food items. As more guests joined the program, the restaurant used SessionM to expand the program and introduce new functionality, including an expanded rewards store, campaign segmentation based on guests’ level of engagement and gamified achievements. The program exceeded performance expectations for membership and engagement, with 20 million members participating within the first year, and over $5 million in incremental sales in the first three months.
