1. Overview

A. Fuel in Focus Webinar: Join Mastercard Economics Institute for an exclusive webinar featuring Mastercard's Chief Economist Michelle Meyer, who will provide valuable insights into the macroeconomic trends impacting the Fuel & Convenience industry in 2025. The virtual webinar details are as follows:

  • Date: June 18th, 2025
  • Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST
  • Format: Zoom Webinar (Link will be sent out upon registration)
  • Agenda:
    • Introduction: Welcome and overview
    • Key Macroeconomic Insights: Delivered by Mastercard Economics Institute Chief Economist, Michelle Meyer, focusing on the impact of tariffs, consumer sentiment, and oil prices on the Fuel & Convenience industry
    • Interactive Q&A: Moderated session with the audience to address key questions and insights
       

The session will be available for all employees of Client. A recording of the webinar will be made available for those that are unable to attend live. Following the webinar, Client will gain access to the MEI portal for a period of 6-months for ongoing economic insights including the Weekly Macro Minute and Quarterly Landscape reports. Instructions for accessing the MEI portal will be provided after submitting the Enrollment Form.

 

B. Fuel in Focus Monthly Performance Dashboards: Evaluate performance trends in the fuel industry, including metrics benchmarked against competitors. Dynamically contextualize performance with insights geographically, from the state level down to the store level. 

  • Compare sales performance of your stores against local competitors, identifying under or overperforming locations against various competitor types
  • Break down visits based on purchase at pump, C-store, or both, thereby pinpointing conversion rate of fuel customers into convenience store shoppers
  • Assess differences in engagement by Consumer, Corporate, and Fleet customer types

 

2. TERM: Access to the MEI Portal and the Fuel in Focus Monthly Performance Dashboard (each, a “Platform” and together, the “Platforms”) will occur six months starting from the date of receiving access to the respective Platform, ending no later than December 31, 2025.

 

3. FEES: The total Fee for Fuel in Focus is Two Hundred Thousand Dollars (USD $200,000.00). Mastercard and Client are parties to that certain revenue generating agreement, as amended from time to time (the “AA”). To strengthen the relationship between the Parties and further drive utilization of cards and the Mastercard brand described in the AA, Mastercard will contribute Two Hundred Thousand Dollars (USD $200,000) to the AA to implement and support Services described in this Program Overview.
