  For a limited time: As part of your free trial, we are also offering you access to recordings of our Safety & Security thought-leadership series until December 31, 2024.

2. Term. 

• The three (3) month free trial to Start Path s hall begin upon Mastercard’s delivery of access to the platform and shall continue for a period of three months (the “Trial Period”). Upon expiration of this Trial Period, continued access to Start Path shall begin (the “Subscription”) and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months (the “Initial License Term”), unless the client provides written notice to terminate its access to Start Path as provided below. Upon expiration of this Initial License Term, this Subscription shall automatically be renewed on an annual basis (each a “Renewal Term”, and together with the Trial Period, and the Initial License Term, the “Term”). Client may terminate the Initial License Term or a Renewal Term upon at least thirty (30) days prior notice before the end of current month of the Initial License Term or Renewal Term, as applicable, to prevent billing in subsequent months of the Initial License Term or a Renewal Term. To terminate access to Start Path before the Initial License Term begins, Client must provide Mastercard with notice to terminate the Subscription via this form before the end of the Trial Period.

3. Fees. Upon expiration of the Trial Period, the monthly Subscription fees (the “Fees”) for this engagement will be:

• Start Path - $800 per month 

  The Fees for the Trial Period will be waived in consideration of Client’s participation in Start Path. After the Trial Period, the Fees are due and payable ratably over the Term upon submission of this Enrollment Form.
