Personalization Assessment and Syndicated Research for Acquirers!
Mastercard is excited to offer a complimentary Personalization Assessment and access to a Syndicated Research Report on the maturity of personalization technologies for Acquirers in the US Market. Mastercard’s Personalization experts will review and engage with a digital asset of your choosing (merchant/customer portal, checkout experience, etc.) to provide a personalization experience review and score, and a prioritized use case roadmap for enhancing digital personalization for users, and a custom demo / prototype of select use cases.
What is a Dynamic Yield Personalization Assessment?
Dynamic Yield’s Personalization Assessment is a 360° review of Client’s current customer experience program. The evaluation incorporates Client’s different customer touchpoints and digital channels to identify areas of expertise and opportunity. The program readout provides a comprehensive business review and analysis that develops an actionable personalization program plan for Client’s team to incorporate. Mastercard will evaluate Client’s personalization maturity across several key dimensions and provide actionable recommendations for advancing Client’s personalization strategy. Mastercard will also identify the highest impact personalization use cases for Client to drive performance.
The Syndicated Research report will contextualize the Personalization Assessment through interviews with end merchants and incorporate their expectations of personalized interactions with acquirers.
Clients will be responsible for:
- Selection of a digital asset (website, customer portal, checkout experience, etc.) that the Personalization Assessment will focus on.
- Attending a Business Kickoff discussion (45-min) and are suggested to participate in a Marketing Program and Technology Review to guide and inform the Personalization team from Mastercard.
- (Optionally) Clients may also provide Digital KPIs to enhance analysis and recommendations, e.g. Client Website or App analytics data as available.
TERM:
The Personalization Assessment is expected to take 4-6 weeks, following a customer kickoff meeting.
Syndicated Research Report will be provided to Clients upon completion and a review of results will be incorporated into project meetings between the Client and Mastercard.
FEES: The fees for the Personalization Assessment and access to Syndicated Research (valued at $150,000) will be waived. For avoidance of doubt, any follow-on work to expand the Assessment to additional assets or implement the Assessment recommendations will be discussed and scoped separately between the Client and Mastercard.
