They created a composite organization based on interviews with four SpendingPulse(TM) customers and found:
- A 105% ROI over three years
- Increased consumer engagement and up to 1.5% higher revenue during critical promotional periods
- A 25% improvement in data scientist resource allocation from reducing time spent on researching data and creating reports
