Mastercard commissioned Forrester Consulting in 2025 to conduct a Total Economic Impact™ study to examine the potential return on investment enterprises could achieve with Mastercard SpendingPulse.

They created a composite organization based on interviews with four SpendingPulse(TM) customers and found:

  • A 105% ROI over three years
  • Increased consumer engagement and up to 1.5% higher revenue during critical promotional periods
  • A 25% improvement in data scientist resource allocation from reducing time spent on researching data and creating reports
