A well-known retailer in the fashion space wanted to enhance the shopping journey by highlighting the value of its co-brand credit card. A custom opportunity plan (an exclusive resource delivered through Personalization Blueprint) was developed after reviewing the retailer’s current digital channels and identifying meaningful action items to improve the co-brand value messaging and experience.
